산둥(山東)성 지난(濟南)시 고고연구원에서 소장하고 있던 상나라 청동 올빼미 술단지에 남아있던 액체가 증류주로 밝혀졌다. 이 증류주는 3천 년 전 상나라 때 빚어진 것이다.
